Your order is eligible for cancellation only if it has not yet been shipped. To initiate a cancellation, please get in touch with our customer support team at support@r3set.life and the order will be cancelled, and the refund will be processed within 7 business days.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
R3SET exclusively sells authentic products and does not deal in imitations or counterfeits. We do not entertain returns for items that have been used. Once a product has been opened or used, it is ineligible for return.
