I have received a damaged /defective /wrong product in my order, how should I proceed?

If the product has a genuine quality/manufacturing defect, a replacement will be offered for your order against the photo and video of the package and the contents.

Although we ensure the highest quality of packing each order, there might be very rare circumstances of damage when shipping. In this case, contact support@r3set.life and our customer support team will replace your order.
